Gee Building Systems is a locally-owned, multi-faceted company in Shenandoah, Iowa. We are an authorized dealer for Wick Buildings, Raynor Garage Door, LiftMaster, Service Springs, Baldor, Eaton Grain Bin Systems and a wide variety of grain handling equipment and parts. Our flagship, McNeilly Garage Door Service, has been in business since 1956, known as “The Garage Door Specialists." We are the only company in Southwest Iowa and Northwest Missouri which repairs grain bins and equipment.
Tantamount to our business philosophy is Service-After-The-Sale; a quaint slogan, but one which we hold to heart. In this age of internet sales and large box stores, “service” is not part of their business model.
